1.Culture in the sea cageThe first stage: Yellowtail fryThe yellowtail fry (Buriko) mainly caught from the wild. After the yellowtail spawns, the buriko which is less than 15mm in size, will be brought near the coast by the current and can be fished with fine nets. Wild yellowtail fry are also imported from countries such as the Republic of Korea and Vietnam.
The second stage: Baby fishYellowtail are generally kept in nylon nets or sea cages made of metal. The farms will also adopt some large-sized net fences in order to provide sufficient training space which helps them grow high-quality muscles.
